The AV extenders (with remote control return) are devices meant to extend the Audio Video signal source to a remotely located screen by frequencies of 2.4 or 5.8 GHz depending on the model. Using the right receivers, purchased separately, help extending the signal to other points. Usually combined with modulators, the remote control extenders are available in the wave radio coaxial cable versions.

General features and use of the product are the same as item 87175. The main difference is that item 87171 works on higher and less used frequencies (for example, frequency 2.4GHz is used by modem ADSL Wi-Fi, as well). This means that the signals transmitted by these devices are less subject to noises and therefore of better quality. The product has an adjustable antenna and has a modern black look. The beam is about 100m in open space.
